WhatsApp reminders to your clients are sent automatically on every plan, including Free: a confirmation after booking, then reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the meeting.
Make sure your booking form asks for the client's phone number.
For WhatsApp alerts to you when a client books, cancels or reschedules, upgrade to the Startup or Growth plan, then open Apps, choose WhatsApp and select Configure WhatsApp.
Clients can reply STOP to stop messages and START to receive them again.
